Hotel Rossellino® e-Gift Card

You can buy and use the Gift Card on reception.me or at Hotel Rossellino and participating online stores. Purchasing it is simple: choose an amount, the recipient and the delivery date. Our e-Gift Cards are digital. Choose to email the e-Gift Card directly to the recipient with a personal message, or print it yourself to give as a gift.

Yes, the Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of activation.

No. The Gift Card cannot be returned, blocked, refunded or converted into cash. Even in case of theft or loss, it cannot be blocked or refunded.

Of course, you can always check the balance of the Gift Card.

No. Your Gift Card cannot be used to pay for an order that includes a new Gift Card.

Yes. You can make multiple purchases with your Gift Card at different times online or at Hotel Rossellino and participating online stores. You can check the remaining balance at any time here.

No. The Gift Card is not rechargeable and the entire amount must be used within 12 months from its activation date. You can use the Gift Card partially in multiple purchases.

If the balance of the Gift Card is not enough to purchase the products you have chosen, you can always supplement the amount with the other payment methods accepted by Hotel Rossellino, Reception.me and participating online shops.

N.B. Payment by gift card can be supplemented with a maximum of one other payment method (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, PostePay, PayPal). The only payment not accepted in conjunction with the Gift Card is cash on delivery.

The hotel reservation requires a non-refundable advance payment rate, including payment by Gift Card. In case of no-show, 100% of the entire stay will be charged as a cancellation penalty.
